Finding Local Mental Health Resources in Your Community

Your local community likely has in-person mental health resources. Check for local NAMI support groups, nonprofits facilities such as community bridges, and for profit behavioral facilities, and medical offices that offer mental health support services.

If you are a student, reach out to your school counselor. They have connections to local resources to get you started on your mental health journey.
